Fifth City Commons, formerly know as Garfield C40 broke ground this past July. This project is part of a large international competition, namely the Reivnenting Cities Competition, to address climate change. Fifth City Commons is an all eletric affordable housing development in Garfield Park near the Kedzie Green Line. Learn more about the project here.
